Addressing the participants of 99th national management course in Islamabad‚ the President said Pakistan is blessed with enormous human and natural resources and the people rightly expect prudent policies and good governance to address their problems.

He said while the state is responsible for creating healthy political and economic environment conducive to development‚ the civil service is to ensure its efficient functioning.
